Shipping & Processing

At The Autumn Hollow, LLC, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention and care.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During seasonal launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to select locations.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are determined by your local customs office.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Autumn Hollow, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered items may legally be imported into their destination country.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Handmade & Small Batch Products

Many of our items are handcrafted or produced in small batches, including teas, candles, bath products, and skincare items. Slight variations in color, texture, or appearance are natural and part of the charm of handmade goods.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make things right.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Taxes & Shipping Charges

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout in accordance with destination-based shipping regulations.

Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer

Some of our products — especially candles, wax melts, body butters, and certain skincare items — may be sensitive to high temperatures during transit.

While we carefully package all orders with protection in mind, The Autumn Hollow, LLC cannot guarantee that heat-sensitive items will not soften, melt, or change texture during warmer months or while traveling through hot climates.

Minor changes in appearance or texture caused by heat do not affect the quality or usability of the product. If your item arrives warm or softened, we recommend allowing it to return to room temperature before opening or use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by prolonged exposure to heat after delivery, including packages left outdoors, in mailboxes, or unattended areas.

If your order arrives severely damaged due to heat exposure during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the situation and assist when possible.
